How to pay your Tikona service bill online

Paying your Tikona service bill online is now easier. With our new website, you can make your payments in 3 easy steps:

Reach ‘Quick Bill Pay’ by clicking on any of the options shown below:

Step 1

Enter User ID: Enter your 10 digit User ID in the space below and click ‘CONTINUE’

 Step 2

Fill the Amount: On the next pane, cross check if it is displaying your name correctly – e.g. ‘Hello Anand Kamath!.Proceed by entering the amount you wish to pay (Amount accepted is between Rs. 10/- to Rs. 99,999/-) and click on ‘SECURE PAY’.

You will be redirected to ‘Secure Payment Portal’ where you can pay using credit card, debit card, or through netbanking.

Step 3

Payment Confirmation – Once the payment is processed you will receive a confirmation screen with your a. Transaction ID
b. User ID
c. BAN (Billing Account Number)
c. Amount
d. Date and time of transaction
e. Status of transaction
Note: Amount is subjected to realisation.
